Footnotes This GEF-Small Grants Programme, UNDP, implemented in partnership with the Royal Government of Bhutan was led by a community-based organization “Soe, Yaksa, Lingzhi Snow Leopard Conservation Committee (SYLSCC)” with technical support from Jigme Dorji National Park, Bhutan Foundation and gewog Livestock Sector. The gewog Administrations of Soe and Lingzhi under Lingzhi Dungkhag in Thimphu and Tsento in Paro provided administrative support.
